| Well, Dragging Through Ashes has been together for just a few days shy
of a year...and we are no more. Dragging Through Ashes is no more,
that's right. What happened? well, we simply changed the name. We are
now System Faltered  . So, this is the last post on this site. I
don't think I'm going to set up a new site for System Faltered either.
Anyway, so until we start playing out...there will be no news from
us...AT ALL...mwahahahaha...

| Well, we're coming along slowly but surely. We had to change our plans
for our demo. We had found a possible location to do our demo in a part
time studio behind the All For Jesus bookstore, but the guy wanted to
charge us $120 per song. It's frustrating, but we'll find some other
way. I've been busy writing songs and usual. Jordan and I still have to
get together and write a bunch of bass parts for a bunch of songs,
which we were going to do tonight...but Jordan changed his plans (as
usual *sigh*). So now he's going over to Spencer's house instead to
watch a movie...talk about dedication. Anyway, so far, we've got about
3 complete songs that fall into the "punk" catagory, and about 2 in
rock, and maybe 3 or so in metal, maybe 4 or 5 soft songs, and a whole
bunch that aren't entirely finished. It'll be interesting once we start
playing out...which is soon I hope.

| Well, we haven't done much as a band right now, but I've been busy
songwriting. Hopefully, once Jordan's schedule is freed up some, we'll
be able to have more practices. We are seriously considering making a
rather cheap CD of our music for all you guys. We would have to charge
for it tho, to pay for the materials. I don't expect we'd charge more
than a dollar. Haha, but you never know, we might have a song so great
that...nvm lol. Anyway, yup. So far I've written 24+ songs. Of those,
we only know about 7 well enough to play all the way through together.
So we are making progress, and all you can throw away your mental
picture of us making crappy music and hooting and hollering with joy.
We hoot and holler at times, but we don't make crappy music. anyway
until next time I feel like posting....

| Ok...well...the band exists only in theory right now, considering we
haven't had a practice in...um...several months. Yeah. I've been
writing songs since then, and Jon and I wrote a back up vocal part to
"Just Passing Through" but that's about all we've done.
Yep...anyway...I updated  ...be happy people
